Basic Information
The ZSFZ wet alarm valve, together with other components such as pressure switches, water flow indicators, and sprinklers, forms the ZS wet-type automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system, a widely used fixed fire suppression system. The system’s piping network is filled with pressurized water and remains in standby mode for long-term readiness. It is suitable for use in environments with temperatures ranging from 4°C to 70°C and must be installed vertically. When a fire occurs in the protected area, the ambient temperature rises, causing the temperature-sensitive element (glass bulb) of the sprinkler to break. The sprinkler automatically discharges water directly onto the fire and triggers an alarm, achieving the purposes of alerting, extinguishing, and controlling the fire. The device mainly consists of the alarm valve, hydraulic alarm bell, retard chamber, pressure switch, pressure gauge, drain valve, and test ball valve.
